Teresa O'Neill is a Los Angeles based comedy writer/producer. She has written for numerous Emmy Award winning television sitcoms and hour long shows including, "Home Improvement" "Becker" "The John Larroquette Show" and "Coach." She was the first female writer on the sitcom "Night Court" starring Harry Anderson and John Larroquette.

Teresa has written, produced and developed shows for ABC, CBS, NBC, Twentieth Century Fox TV, Paramount TV, Lifetime and the Disney Channel. Teresa is a graduate of USC with degrees in Cinema/TV and an MFA in Professional Writing. She currently teaches TV writing and humor writing in the Master of Professional Writing Program at USC. She also does occasional radio commentaries for "Free Forum" on KPFK. She is currently working on a collection of humorous essays.
